An easy project to keep you busy. I saw this pattern for a blanket starting with one stitch and thought I would give it a try. Double knitting wool, size8 needles.
All plain knitting, knit one increase in next stitch knit to end of row. Until about 24in approx 160 stitches on needle. Then knit one knit next two stitches together. This gives you a square. I have attached pattern showing frill that you can knit separately.
